Laws

Pay attention to the advice of the group leader and of your translator/guide. Foreign laws vary and your experience in one country does not translate to another country. The local guide or translator is the resident expert. Even acceptable cultural behaviors vary between regions and should be followed. Ask questions, avoid problems.

Religious Visas

Religious Visas allow church activities that are not allowed on a Tourist Visa. Religious Visas and Passports are carried every day, everywhere.

Loss of Religious Visa must be reported to the group leader immediately as this mishap will cause a four hour delay at the airport and likely cause a missed flight home and flight re-schedule.

Pre-Trip Paperwork

Passports must NOT expire within 6 months of the departure date exiting the country.

Religious Visas are applied for about 3 months prior to the beginning of the mission trip.

All Paperwork and Passports must be in order and on your person to board the plane to Cuba.
