Mirna Galiano

Mirna is a Cuban native currently living in Georgia.  She led mission trips in Cuba for more than 10 years, primarily as the lead translator.  Her expertise and insight regarding the nuance of Cuban culture and Cuban mission work is invaluable. She is married to Andy and has a son, Nicolo.

Tom Cervone

Tom spends his days managing his thriving real estate business with his wife Melanie.  Tom has been to Cuba many times and has been a supporter of the mission for more than 8 years.  He has participated in purchasing and establishing several new church plants in Cuba.  

KENNY WALDT

Kenny is currently retired from the insurance industry in Texas. He is a relational Christian and participates in discipleship and connecting people to people. He has been to Cuba many times and always looks forward to returning.

Rick Peters

Rick is a chiropractor in central Houston and has traveled to Cuba for 13 years.  He has managed Cuba mission teams for 10 years, including developing hurricane support teams, pastor partnerships, humanitarian efforts, and evangelism support for small Cuban churches.  Rick is the founder of RPMinistiries.

Ramon Diaz - posthumous

Ramon was instrumental in encouraging and developing new “evangelists” in Cuba.  He was my coach and friend; without his inspiration, RPMinistries may have never been birthed.  I miss him and am forever grateful for his impact on my life.  I regret that he was taken early but not without impact. -Rick Peters

ANDY GALIANO (Advisory)

Andy will operate as our Spanish translator for short English materials and messaging with our Latin partners. He is an expert translator both written and spoken. He emigrated to the USA in 2017 with his wife Mirna.

Pastor Robby Dobbs (Advisory)

Robby is the Associate Pastor at West University Baptist Church.  He is an experienced Teaching Pastor and his mission experience is extensive.  Robby will provide pastoral expertise and lead mission teams. 

Gary Abdalla (Advisory)

Gary is a business consultant in Houston and has been to Cuba many times.  Gary is an active Member of WestUniversity Baptist Church in Houston, Texas. He is trained in Discipleship and will bring a love for discipleship to our Board.

Mirna Marlene Rivas (Advisory)

A Native Salvadorian mother of three who emigrated to the United States in the 80s. Currently living in Houston, she has worked as a nanny for over 20 years learning child development skills. Her attentive skills for children and the hurting enable her to reach the local people in her native community. Her vision is to continue helping others and guiding them toward a positive Christian life.
