Photography

Photography opportunities abound and can capture culture, people and natural beauty. Bring an extra photo card in case your initial card is full. Remember to bring a water-proof bag for larger cameras.

Avoid

Please avoid taking intentional photographs of poverty. We always try and show respect and for our guides and our photographic subjects. Permission should precede the photograph. Pictures inside homes and churches should include the occupants and their permission and you can expect most people to readily participate.

Do Not

We expressly do not take photos of officers in uniform, officials in uniform, or military installations. Your photo card, camera or phone could be confiscated.
